NASCAR, the second most watched professional sporting event on television in the United States, close behind football, is the largest sanctioning body of stock car races with three major racing series per year as well as many regional and local events. Current NASCAR standings for the 2011 year listed in the order the driver is ranked, all with 26 starts, scored by total points, wins, Top Five and Top 10 finishes differentiating the top 10 are:
